The senior personnel of the "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" Corporation will prepare income reports for the year

The General Director of the "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" Corporation Alexander Beletsky, at a meeting held today in Moscow, highlighted the need to follow the instructions of the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to ensure the transparency of financial and economic activities of the state companies.

Despite the fact that the Corporation is not included on the list of such companies, the document was also addressed to the Corporation, Alexander Beletsky emphasized that: "100% of the Corporations` shares are owned by the state through the federated entities, so I consider it necessary to strictly follow all of the listed instructions on the income disclosure by all members of the governing structure of the company."

Thus, "to ensure the transparency of financial and economic activity of the company, to avoid any cases of conflict of interest and other abuses associated with the work position," the General Director of the Corporation and his deputies, as well as the heads of all subsidiaries and affiliated companies of the Corporation, before the 1st of March, 2012 must submit "reports of income, assets and property obligations.to the Government of the Russian Federation, to relevant bodies of executive power, to the Russian Federal Tax Service and to the Federal Financial Monitoring."
