Corporation "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" has become a shareholder of JSC "Polar quartz"

As was informed by First Deputy General Director of the Corporation Rashid Saitov, the Corporation has acquired a block of shares of JSC "Polar quartz". The basic shareholder of the project is the Government of the Khanty-Mansi autonomous region - Yugra. The acquired block of shares is not a control one.
The amount of the transaction is not disclosed.
