The initial (maximum) contract price (of the General Contractor) is defined for the entire term of the contract, according to the prices for the years that correspond to the contract performance. The initial contract price includes: the cost of construction works, the equipment cost, the cost of the expenses for temporary buildings and structures, the winter time-works coast, the cost of other work and expenses, the cost of unforeseen work and expenses, taxes and other obligatory payments, overall amounts to 14,268,824,687 (fourteen billion two hundred sixty-eight million eight hundred twenty-four thousand six hundred eighty-seven) rubles.
