
The "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" signed an agreement of cooperation with the German company "Deutsche Bahn GmbH International".
Alexander Beletsky, the General Director of the Corporation and the General Director of the Moscow office "DB GmbH International" Sergei Zamyatin, signed the appropriate document.
The DB, having the experience of work in the similar conditions in Canada and Norway, will provide the technical expertise for the project documentation of the Northern latitudinal railway (Salekhard - Nadym), according to the agreement.
The DB company will help to reduce the cost of the construction and the further operation of the railway line, will facilitate the advanced technologies in the management of the construction of the road, will ensure an optimal speed of trains during the operational, and in general will assist in the optimization of the technical solutions used in the construction of the Northern latitudinal railway.
In addition, the DB is also committed to the technical supervision of the construction of the bridge over the river Nadym, which will begin in August 2011. Along with the already mentioned objectives of the company in the quality control and the implementation of advanced technologies during the construction of the bridge, the German company will provide the acceptance of completed work in accordance with the European standards for the Arctic territories.
In the future, the company "DB GmbH International" will take part in the operation of the Northern latitudinal railway.
