The Corporation "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" and Civil forum of Ural Federal Region holds Open competition on the best coverage of realization of the project "URAL INDUSTRIAL - URAL POLAR" by mass media
Competition is performed under the aegis of Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in Ural Federal Region N.A. Vinnichenko.
Competition urged to promote occurrence in mass-media of Ural Federal Region of the materials devoted to:
- explanation of principles, purposes and the basic directions of the project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar", and also the advantages for subjects of federation connected with its realization, a part of UFR and for federal region as a whole;
- covering of a course of realization of the project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar", to the analysis of efficiency of this realization,
- estimation of influence of realization of the project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" on quality of life and social state of health of the population, both at level of municipal unions, and subjects of federation and Ural Federal Region as a whole.
Competition is performed in all subjects of federation who are parts of Ural Federal Region. Newspapers, television channels, radio stations, news agencies registered in territory UFR can become participants of Competition. The competition Jury included representatives of Council of Civil forum of Ural Federal Region, authorities, the academic public and Corporation "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar".
Three best materials published in mass-media from October, 1st, till April, 1st, 2010 and also certificate on performance of qualifying norm should be given on Jury consideration.
Application forms for participation in competition are accepted till March, 1st, 2010. Applications are accepted in electronic form to the address: soo-urfo@yandex.ru (with a mark of the electronic letter "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar").
