The Expert Council following the Documentation on the OJSC "Corporation Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" activities to attract potential participants of the new Salekhard - Nadym railroad (hereinafter referred to as Documentation),in accordance with the OJSC "Corporation Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" Order No 61 of 19.02.2010 "On establishment and approval of the Expert Council membership for OJSC "Corporation Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" activities to attract potential participants of the new Salekhard - Nadym railroad construction and activities to work out technical documentation for construction of the Salekhard - Nadym railroad,examined and assessed Proposals of 8 (eight) Applicants for participation in activities to attract potential participants of the new Salekhard - Nadym railroad construction.
As a result of examination and assessment of the Applicants' Proposals, taking into consideration the experience of constructions in transport sector, possession of necessary rights of access, qualified staff and necessary technical means, sufficient financial assets and other requirements fixed in the Documentation,the Expert Council ascertained that the best, i.e. the most profitable provisions of contracts' execution for the Investor, were proposed by the following organizations:
Construction object ¹1 "Construction of the Salekhard - Nadym railroad" The Salekhard station (inclusive) - the Polyapta passing track (exclusive) (a track complex) - OJSC "Yamaltransstroi" (OAO "Yamaltransstroi")
Construction object ¹2 "Construction of the Salekhard - Nadym railroad" The right bank of the Nadym river - the Khorey passing track (a track complex) - Mostostroi-12, LLC (OOO "Mostostroi-12").
The Expert Council Resolution was made by the majority of the Expert Council members' votes present at the meeting.
