The project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" has got approval of the governmental commission

On Friday, October, 10th, the Governmental commission on investment projects of nation-wide value under the chairmanship of Minister of regional development Dmitry Kozak has confirmed the concept and approved passport of the project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar".

Within 10 days there should be Decree of Government of the Russian Federation in which this decision is fixed.

Investment fund resources goes on financing of the design-budget documentation on building of railway Polunochnoe - Obskaya - Salekhard at a rate of 4,278 billion rbl., the Corporation's contribution will make 2,3 billion rbl. We'll remind that cost of building of all road is estimated in 105 billion rbl.

According to Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in Ural Federal Region Peter Latyshev, "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar's uniqueness on variety of directions will provide not only economic security of local territory but also Russia as a whole. The project "UI-UP" starts the mechanism of economic breakthrough in Ural".

He has noticed that providing of system-innovative transformation of industrial complex, "providing of reproducing of mineral-raw-material base and effective using of natural-resource potential of region, realization of wide-scale investment projects on development of deposits of hydrocarbonic raw materials and creation of new mining areas in Polar and Subpolar Ural" should become project priorities.

Plenipotentiary has underlined also a theme of inter-regional integration, having allocated "realization of effective integration of economy of Ural and Siberian parts of Ural Federal Region on the basis of the large investment projects concentrating in zones of advancing development as a priority, basic of which is the project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar".
