Project start.

The project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar" originates on May, 16th, 2005 when the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin has specified on necessity of "essentially new approaches and attractive perspective projects putting the strong base of growth for decades forward" at meeting concerning social and economic development of Ural Federal Region.

Practical realization of the Project has begun with working out "Concepts of the investment project on reception of the state support resources for working out of the design documentation" and subsequent agreement of the investment project in subjects of the Russian Federation in which territory its realization was supposed, and also in Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and Department of Energy of the Russian Federation. The concept has been approved both regional, and federal public authorities and became a part of the application presented to Investment fund of the Russian Federation on March, 14th, 2007.
