The drilling fluids of Western Siberia

The creation of an enterprise for the production and the complex delivery of the drilling fluids and components on the basis of geological deposits of the Urals region

The objectives of the project:

  • The import substitution;
  • An integrated provision of high quality drilling fluids to the consumers of Western Siberia and Timano-Pechorskaya province;
  • The creation of the production of drilling fluids on the territory of potential consumers;
  • The creation of high-tech production and the creation of more than 250 new jobs;
  • The increase in tax revenues to budgets of all levels.

The Corporation is the owner of the license for the right of use of the subsoil of Voyshorskiy barite deposits. The license for the use of Ust-Maninskiy deposits of bentonite, is in the undistributed fund of KMAD-UGRA.


The main focus of the marketing strategy will be based on the complexity and the fast delivery, as well as on the develop of private formulation of drilling mixtures recommended for use on the deposits of the Western Siberia
